Brief History

November 2010 to Present

IQ, a company with valuable resources

In February 2023 IQ Management Group, LLC was established – formally known as M9 Group, LLC which was registered in 2010 when the name changed from intellx, which was formed in 2000. For 22 years the organization has been providing business development planning, training and resources to increase the productivity and financial stability for an enterprise or personal growth & development for individuals. Over the years, the company has worked with small start ups to fortune 500 companies. IQ, currently maintains a team of highly seasoned experts along with dozens of “resource-partners” that are among the worlds best in their particular field and all with proven track records for performing positive results. 2022 has been a banner year for the company having landed high level, well-connected owner-partners and also several large profitable accounts. Furthermore, IQ increased its value and capital by several million dollars, which now gives the firm an ability to provide investment capital to the organizations it serves.

Founder

Victor Midgley, is the original founder and with each name change maintained controlling interest in the organization. Victor sits on the Board of Directors of several companies and is involved in several global projects. Victor lives in Salt Lake City, Utah where he attended the University of Utah and earned a degree in Business Management. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Victor Midgley held many Executive positions From Vice President, to President, to COO. Victor Midgley has worked with several notable companies over his 40 year career such as, AT&T, Bell and Howell, Coke-a-Cola, Levi, Nestle, Nike, Porche, and Westgate (to name a few). Today Victor is a highly sought consultant and keynote speaker.

Discovery

If you have a desire to achieve more through your enterprise or personal life, IQ can be a great resource to you. We want to hear all about your dream (vision) and we’d like to share with you who we are. We best work with people who are looking for resource help to get to the next level, together we’ll determine if we are a good fit for each other. No selling is necessary.

Goals

After we have learned about each other and we’ve determined that we look to be a good fit, we will dive deeper into the details of your goals and what you have done that has moved you closer or moved you further from your goals. We’ll share our thoughts with how we believe our resources can help you achieve your goals. We will propose what our goals are by engaging in a project with you. If we are aligned, we will outline a plan to achieve both our objectives.

Step 3

Terms

At this point we negotiate the compensation terms, measurables, assignments, and deadlines. Because projects can vary in extremes from client-to-client, we do not post standard rates. However, we are always clear and detailed with the agreed terms of the engagement. You will always sign off on any proposed work and there will never be any surprises. Although we can provide a host of resources, you can choose to utilize all or part of IQ’s resources.

Step 4

Go to Work!

Our objective is not to take over your company, culture or dreams. We will apply all our resources to help you succeed. We succeed and profit when you succeed and profit. We will be very clear with performance and accountability. We adhere to our “success formula” to measure our own performance and we stay laser focused on the goals to ensure neither of us regret the joint venture.
